File Format

Input files must use consistent formats for each row. For now, we only support plain text files with one variant per row. We plan to support more file formats in the future.

Get Started

Upload a file with one variant per row. We will annotate all the variants and email you when the results are ready. For testing purposes, we limit the number of variants to 100,000.

We are currently in beta and only allow up to 100,000 variants per file (10 MB). If you have a larger file, please use FAVORannotator.
